Information may be used to:
- detect fraud;
- prevent abuse;
- investigate reports;
- enforce the Terms of Service;
- verify Accounts;
- detect unauthorized access;
- protect Members;
- preserve evidence;

- respond to lawful court orders;
- satisfy tax obligations;
- respond to regulatory requests;
- enforce contractual rights;
- resolve disputes;
- defend legal claims;

10. Hospitality Intelligence
Hospitality Intelligence is one of Society Circle's foundational operating systems.
Its purpose is to help Members feel:
- welcomed;
- remembered;
- valued;
- included; and
- connected.
Hospitality Intelligence exists to improve hospitality—not to monitor people unnecessarily.
How Hospitality Intelligence Uses Information
Hospitality Intelligence may consider information such as:
- Community participation;
- Circle membership;
- Experience attendance;
- RSVP history;
- shared interests;
- introductions;
- relationship milestones;
- communication preferences;
- Community engagement;
- leadership participation;
- and Member-provided preferences.
This information helps Society Circle support meaningful human relationships.
Examples
Hospitality Intelligence may assist with:
- recommending a Circle aligned with your interests;
- reminding a Host that it is your first Experience;
- recognizing recurring participation;
- helping welcome new Members;
- remembering dietary preferences for future Experiences;
- identifying Communities needing additional Hosts;
- helping reconnect Members after long absences;
- improving Experience planning; and
- strengthening community continuity.
These examples illustrate hospitality—not surveillance.
Human Judgment Remains Primary
Hospitality Intelligence assists people.
It does not replace:
- Hosts;
- Community Coaches;
- City Hosts;
- Community leaders;
- Member judgment;
- or personal relationships.
Platform-generated recommendations may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
Members and community leaders should exercise independent judgment.
No Public Ranking
Hospitality Intelligence is not intended to create:
- popularity rankings;
- friendship scores;
- influence scores;
- wealth rankings;
- attendance leaderboards;
- reputation ratings;
- or social credit systems.
Society Circle intentionally avoids designing public systems that encourage unhealthy comparison between Members.
11. Relationship Memory
Relationship Memory exists to strengthen continuity within a community built around real relationships.
Unlike traditional social networks that prioritize endless content feeds, Society Circle seeks to help Members remember meaningful shared experiences.
Information That May Be Remembered
Relationship Memory may include:
- shared Experiences;
- introductions;
- Circle participation;
- attendance history;
- Community milestones;
- anniversary recognition;
- Host interactions;
- Member notes voluntarily created by Members;
- Community achievements;
- and other relationship context.
Not every interaction is permanently stored.
Purpose
Relationship Memory may help:
- remember names;
- celebrate milestones;
- reconnect Members;
- reduce repetitive introductions;
- strengthen hospitality;
- improve Experience planning;
- assist Community leadership;
- and preserve community continuity.
Relationship Memory is designed to serve people—not evaluate them.
Member Control
Where practical, Members may be able to:
- edit profile information;
- update preferences;
- remove personal notes they created;
- adjust profile visibility;
- manage communication settings;
- delete certain information;
- and request deletion of eligible personal information.
Certain records must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, financial, or operational purposes.
Shared Relationship History
Some information naturally belongs to more than one Member.
Examples include:
- attendance at the same Experience;
- shared introductions;
- group photographs;
- Circle membership;
- and Community participation.
Deleting your Account does not necessarily remove historical records relating to another person's legitimate participation.
12. Thoughtful Introductions
Society Circle may use information to facilitate introductions between Members.
These introductions are intended to encourage meaningful friendships—not maximize engagement metrics.
Factors That May Be Considered
Thoughtful Introductions may consider:

- interests;
- life stage;
- Experience participation;
- availability;
- leadership interests;
- shared Communities;
- Member preferences;

Sensitive personal information is not intentionally used unless voluntarily provided and appropriate for the intended purpose.
No Guaranteed Compatibility
Introductions represent opportunities—not predictions.
Society Circle does not guarantee:
- friendship;
- compatibility;
- networking outcomes;
- emotional support;
- romantic relationships;
- professional opportunities;
- or continued communication.
Members remain free to accept or decline any introduction.
Respect for Privacy
Society Circle seeks to avoid revealing unnecessary personal information during introductions.
Whenever practical, introductions focus on shared interests rather than sensitive personal details.
13. Artificial Intelligence
Society Circle may use artificial intelligence to improve the Member experience.
Artificial intelligence is intended to enhance hospitality—not replace human relationships.

- moderation assistance;
- translation;
- accessibility;
- communication drafting;
- scheduling support;
- Experience recommendations;
- Community analytics;
- fraud detection;
- Hospitality Intelligence;
- and operational efficiency.
AI may be provided through Society Circle systems or trusted third-party providers.
AI Limitations
Artificial intelligence can make mistakes.
AI-generated outputs may be:
- inaccurate;
- incomplete;
- outdated;
- biased;
- misunderstood;
- or inappropriate.
Members should exercise independent judgment when relying upon AI-generated information.

Society Circle may use de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise appropriately protected information to improve platform functionality where permitted by law and applicable agreements.
Society Circle does not intentionally use private Member conversations to train publicly available artificial intelligence models without appropriate authorization or legal basis.

Human review may occur when reasonably necessary to:
- investigate reports;
- improve quality;
- protect Members;

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent operational communications.
Push Notifications
Members may manage application notifications through:
- device settings;
- application settings;
- or other available controls.
Certain emergency or security notifications may still be delivered where appropriate.
15. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

Society Circle seeks to avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information to AI providers whenever reasonably practical.
18. Community Partners
Community Partners are an important part of the Society Circle experience.
Because many Experiences occur at Community Partner locations, certain information may be shared to facilitate those Experiences.
Depending upon the Experience, this may include:
- Member name;
- reservation status;
- attendance confirmation;
- guest count;
- dietary accommodations where requested;
- accessibility accommodations where requested;
